OKAY YOU NEED TO IMPROVE MAINTENANCE.COMMUNICATION WITH FRONT DESK NOT WELL ORGANIZED.NEED MORE ENGLISH SIGNS FOR NON SPANISH SPEAKING VISITORS.MUST PROVIDE FRIDGE EVEN 3 STAR HOTELS GIVE ADDING A JACUZZI IS ATTRACTION FOR VISITORS

It was not welcoming. I had reserved a king bed and was give two small beds. Reception indicated that that was what the system was showing. I later showed the only reservation to the reception to show I had reserved the king. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Nice hotel. Ladies sitting people at the buffet are not courteous at all. Room had stain sheet and not a clean aspect.
