me hospedo acá al menos tres vecss al añonpero sufro mucho pues es muy ruidosa la habitación y siempre está en remodelación.

I love the hotel but, it was very cold and during the winter but, none of the rooms in the building had any heat. The staff knew this and still assigned us the room. Not cool.....pardon the pun.

Five star hotel everything was such great feeling I like the location Rooms beds food(quinoa salad with wedge potato fries) jacuzzi everything about the lucerna hotel is magical

Viaje de negocios, estuve poco tiempo en el hotel. Desafortunadamente los huéspedes de habitación continua eran vacacionistas y el ruido era constante. El espacio entre la puerta y el marco que hay entre habitaciones permite ese paso de ruido, deben considerar colocar algo que bloquee.

La gente que colabora en el hotel de muy buen trato.
La comida de sabor sensacional , y de imagen tentadora.

Lo que a mi menos me gusta es que para ir al Gym pasas mucho frio, en este viaje ni fui.
