Mala, llegando en recepción no nos pudieron solucionar lo de la retención y pago de la habitación, no tenían explicaciónes lógicas, perdimos mucho tiempo en ello por lo que llegue tarde a la Boda, tuve que volver a pagar mi reservacion en efectivo para que me pudieran dar la habitación una vez estando en la habitación (527) no servía ni el teléfono y el control de la TV llamamos varias veces hasta que después de 45min fueron a solucionar el problema, no me queda más que la sensación de que les falta mucho para poder tener un hotel bonito y amable con sus clientes.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff! Every dining experience was great and all of the staff was excellent! I worked as a manager in a hotel/resort and your staff could train others in hospitality. From the bellhops, to front desk and wait staff, everyone was amazing.

My girlfriend Julia and I stayed at the property Sept 26 through the 28th. Julia had a surgery Thursday night. When I checked in I asked the hotel representative if she could please translate Julia's post operation instructions. She was happy to translate both the instructions for post operation and dosages for her medication into English for me. It was amazing. She used microsoft word to translate and print out two copies for me. She was amazing!! WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE... Juan the bell man assisted with our every need. Even offered to run to the pharmacy for us if we needed. Room Service (like always) was wonderful. I wish I could remember her name so I could indicate to management what an asset she to the company.
