Good: Friendly staff through out the hotel. Excellent room housekeeping. Location. Bad: Not so fresh food in 5ft floor lounge, no decaf coffee. Rooms are getting dated with old furniture, leaky showers, etc. Bed mattress are not as comfortable as other newer hotels in Tijuana, bed pillows are very stiff and uncomfortable.

It was great, they even allowed me to check in earlier so I wouldn't have to carry my luggage to my Dr. appointments. Staff are very helpful.

I have stayed at your hotel several times, but this room was very dirty. The previous occupant cut his hair in the bathroom and there was hair all over it. We got in late and my girlfriend was tired so we just ignored it and went to bed. When you see hair all over the bathroom it’s clear that the room was not cleaned. I doubt that i will return to your hotel.

I had a wonderful experience with Hotel Lucerna...I would recommend family and friends to stay here at Lucerna. The Staff was very friendly and kind and very helpful. I enjoyed eating breakfast and dinner at the 2 restaurants there at the property at Lucerna...I plan on coming back next year for my vacation....thank you very much.
