Fue muy buena. Aunque fue algo rápido. El bufete desayuno se veía muy bueno pero tenía que salir 5:30 del hotel. Me hubiera gustado que me ofrecieran un boxlunch

Hicimos una Buena eleccion al reservar con Lucerna, Mi Esposa y mi Niña les Gusto el Hotel y sus amenidades. Lo Lo unico que no tuvimos la oportunidad de el desayuno, no recuerdo si lo tenia incluido. Pero todo muy agradable, definitivamente nos nos hospedariamos ahi de nuevo.

Not sure about room number..dont remember..but I had a deluxe "mini-suite" type of room. Nice hotel, the complaints I would have is the Walls were a little thin...I could hear the neighbors next door, and they need a few more towels in the rooms and a refrigerator/minibar would be a nice touch. But other than those three little issues, no other problems. Rooms were comfortable, and tastefully decorated with modern contemporary furnishings. The Grounds were quite beautiful, like a little oasis in the city. However the biggest asset of this hotel is their staff. They all show a level of professionalism in hospitality that you dont see in any, but the very best American Hotels. You could sense that all the employees... from bell staff, front desk, Maintenance and restaurant, were well trained and actually cared about the quality of their work. (Another important aspect that's gone missing from American hotels.) Great job! Will definitely keep coming back. (this was my 3rd stay)

I love this Hotel. The first time I've had a dirty room. I advised front desk, but poor job. Next day maid did great. Sliding desk drawer is a liability that even maintenance man agreed, but not fixed. All flaws that can be fixed and will be by a fine hotel staff.
