Todo estuvo bien solo la habitación necesita remodelación huele muy mal

excelente servicio, tuve evento en el salon y todo estuvo muy bien, el capitan encargado estuvo a tento a todo y a todas laa necesidades los meseros muy amables, en cuanto al hospedaje todo sigui con la misma experiencia excelente calidad y servicio

i don't know how highly this hotel can be prosed, recommended 100% is not in off, its simply amazing experience, I am traveling frequently to different truistic parts of Mexico and different truistic popular European country's ... all of them could learn from Lucerna hotel employees the rea authentic l (not fake) hospitality staring from doorman, fantastic girls at the front desk Alejandra and Iline ( sorry if i misspend) also kitchen employees( Abraham and others ) , total authentic hospitality and grate selections of buffet breakfast , assistance on any of my questions or concerns, It's my new spot when ill return beck to Tijuana.
