El cuarto estaba muy sucio, tuve que rentar otro cuarto para irnos a bañar por qué no nos sentíamos cómodos bañarnos o usar el baño

Lamentamos mucho que el cuarto no haya estado en condiciones adecuadas y que eso haya afectado su experiencia. Everyone at the hotel was kind and helpful. Hotel was lovely. Only downside was no hot tub and the pool isn’t heated. Was warm enough to use on a hot day

Negative! As a regular visitor to Lucerna in Mexicali I was very disappointed in every aspect of my stay at Lucerna Tijuana. Lucerna Mexicali made the reservation in my presence, yet when I arrived at Lucerna Tijuana and reservation was in accurate staff blamed "Mexicali". When I ask that the original room(s) reserved be honored (two rooms were reserved on separate floors ) I was treated as if I was being rude. I was placed in a room adjacent to staff break room where lockers and bare mattresses are visible and staff enter throughout the night. Every aspect of communication with staff was met with refusal, attitude and arrogance. In frustration I carelessly left my eye glasses at front desk when I left and when I later called to recover them was told they were not there. Staff was childish, arrogant and spiteful - staff even stated "Tijuana Lucerna is much better than Mexicali". I overpaid for a room because of reservation issue, was placed in room next to high traffic staff area that was a dirty (bare mattresses) break room, staff did nothing to help with lost property (or worst purposefully didn't help)! Do NOT stay at Lucerna Tijuana. There are numerous wonderful hotels within a kilometer of this location. AVOID AT ALL COST!! BAD VALUE! DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL! NO STARS!!!

Buena experiencia y atención. Sólo los tapetes de la habitación me parece que están algo sucios. Y me gustaría que Lucerna tuviera una cuenta para acumular puntos o recompensas por las estadías. Saludos!

Our first room was room 219. The thermostat was not working and the repair person could not fix it with us in the room, so we were move to the 6th floor. (I can't remember the room #). The second room was great with no problems
