The staff runs the place like a well oiled machine. Please don’t leave a push broom leaning in the lobby where I can trip over it. The fan system in my room is very loud and needs replacing. Tell cleaning staff not to remove garbage in the restaurant right in front of me while I am eating (Christmas at main restaurant). The man delivering room service this time was in such a hurry it made me uncomfortable- he needs to learn to slow down when dealing with customers.
Otherwise, I think the place is like an oasis in Tj. I love the whole landscaping of the pool area, kind staff and would live there full time if I could!

AVERAGE. WATER FROM THE SHOWER DID NOT DRAINED WEEL ( which i reported no a maintenance guy around). GYM ISSUES WITH A WALKER THAT HAS AN ELECTRIC HAZARD. PEOPLE SHOULD PUT A NOTE OF NOT USING THAT MACHINE OR OUT OF ORDER. I REPORTED ISSUE TO THE FRON DESK . THEY DID NOT TAKE ANY ACTION. VERY IRRESPONSIBLE. WAiting for an accident to happened.

Poor, expensive room with faulty A/C

The room was exceptionally noisy. I hardly got any sleep over my stay due to the traffic noise. The food was expensive and the quality was awful. I also did not appreciate the way the staff chased tips. I have recommended that when my wife brings the next group over in April they stay elsewhere. Also my security deposit may take up to 30 days to be refunded despite me paying for everything upfront. Overall a terrible experience
