The staff runs the place like a well oiled machine. Please don’t leave a push broom leaning in the lobby where I can trip over it. The fan system in my room is very loud and needs replacing. Tell cleaning staff not to remove garbage in the restaurant right in front of me while I am eating (Christmas at main restaurant). The man delivering room service this time was in such a hurry it made me uncomfortable- he needs to learn to slow down when dealing with customers.
Otherwise, I think the place is like an oasis in Tj. I love the whole landscaping of the pool area, kind staff and would live there full time if I could!
