El hotel requiere una remodelación de las habitaciones ya que son muy viejas y no cumplen con requisitos minimos actuales de la industria

this is my first visit to hotel LUCERNA and it was a very pleasant experience, since when we called to make the room reservation the gentleman was very attentive and kind, upon arriving at the hotel the young lady who received us was very attentive and provided very necessary information about the hotel and recommendations since it was my first time in this location, on the other hand, the team at the bar and the restaurant, each staff member of this hotel has a unique characteristic, which is their attention and kindness, definitely my next visit my stay will be at hotel LUCERNA.
