Terrible! Shower water not drawing properly. Carpet had many nail cuttings and no water on 3rd day.

We are truly sorry for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. This is not the kind of experience we want for our guests, and we sincerely apologize for what you went through.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide you with a much better experience.

Terrible we went to have breakfast at the restaurant and was refused service because we were not dressed to your standards. My wife and I were wearing casual clothing. We seen people with dogs at the restaurant. I feel because of my nationality the waiter didn’t like os and refused to serve us!! I reached out to several people at the hotel and they did nothing only to say it’s too bad what happened. I always tried to patronize local businesses but not the next time. I will be at the Marriott!!

Thank you for sharing your experience. We are truly sorry and deeply saddened by the situation you encountered. What you describe does not reflect our service standards, and we will review this carefully with our team to ensure it does not happen again.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely hope you will give us another opportunity to welcome you back.

Regular.
