Very friendly staff and location. The front seat helped me arrange rides and gave excellent recommendations for places to see and eat. The staff talked and translated my needs to the drivers which eased my travel concerns. I will 100% stay at lucerna hotel when in TJ again. I wholly endorse this place!

We truly appreciate your wonderful feedback! We’re glad our staff and location made your stay special. Thank you for your endorsement — we look forward to your next visit to Hotel Lucerna Tijuana.
