No funcionaba bien el lavabo, se tardaron mucho en enviar la factura tuve que llamar 2 veces y mandar un mail para que me llegara.

el cuarto esta en una condición muy deteriorada que la primera impresión parece estar sucio la persona del mostrador atendió rápido y amable pero el demás personal no es muy atento creo que el edificio principal debería estar mas cuidado, esperaba mas calidad en este hotel

I don’t think my room heater was working but luckily it wasn’t that cold at night. Only draw back is the adjoining rooms. I could hear my neighbors clearly when they were talking

Overall everything was excellent. The only thing that I disliked was that on the Internet said that you would have a free Buffet in the morning we went to claim they were going to charge me $20 per person. We went to ask at the reservation desk and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. .Second there is no USB connections in the rooms they were only on the ground level. would I stay here again? Yes they were that nice.
