Overall, I enjoy staying at Lucerna Hotel, everybody that works there is very friendly and respectful from the gardens people to the front desk. I feel safe when I'm there! thank you.

Todo estuvo muy bien, la cama estaba grande y muy cómoda. La muchacha que nos ayudó nos dio un upgrade completamente gratis porque apenas nos habíamos casado y estábamos celebrando, muy lindo detalle.
