Bedroom sheets were full in hair very disappointed!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry about the condition of the sheets — this is not the experience we want for our guests. We’ve addressed it with our housekeeping team to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

We appreciate your comments and hope to have the chance to welcome you back for a better stay.

The hotel is beautiful but it didn't fit our needs. The toilet in our room was loose, made huge noises and was way to low for us to get up off the toilet without aid. There were no grab bars to assist a person get up from the very low toilet. Also, for our needs there was not enough space around the sink and no refrigerator. We really enjoy a refrigerator in our room when we visit. We requested a handicap room and apparently the only handicap room was full. For a hotel that caters to individuals that visit for medical reasons, I would think it would be advisable to have simple aids in the rooms like grab bars and a refrigerator for medicines.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and highlighting important aspects related to your needs. We sincerely regret that our room did not meet your expectations or the special requirements you require.

We greatly appreciate your comments, as they help us identify areas for improvement to provide better service to all our guests, especially those visiting for medical reasons.

Please be assured that we will take your suggestions regarding grab bars, bathroom space, and the availability of refrigerators into consideration as we evaluate possible improvements to our facilities.

We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and offer you a more satisfactory experience.

Should you have any further questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
