The experience was amazing. Great staff, caring people who made sure accomodations were on point. I would stay here again.

En general fue buena pero el primer día intentaron entrar a mi habitación a la 1 am, marque a la recepción quedaron en mandar a alguien y jamás llego ese alguien ni tampoco tuvieron el detalle de avisarme que se equivocaron al asignarme la habiatacion sino hasta el día siguiente que fui a preguntar porque en el restaurante me querían cobrar el desayuno que ya estaba incluido y no estaba registrado por dicho error, y tercero el se desconfiguro la llave de mi habitación y tuve que ir a que la programaran de nuevo.

The location was perfect for my visit. Treated with respect and no issues. The internet was a huge disappointment as well as the lack of USB ports. That I was not prepared for.
