Book a stay from Thursday to Saturday notified I wasn’t able to make it Thursday. Also booked another room but notified that I needed them to connect. The person I spoke to reassured me nothing would happen if I didn’t arrive Thursday but a charge was applied to guarantee my rooms. At check in I was told one of my rooms was given out and unfortunately they didn’t have any connecting rooms as I requested. The person took a while to give us room. This was a little disappointing on this situation was handled

I wish I would’ve had a room that I didn’t hear all the traffic outside as I requested next time I need to make sure I’m not facing the street but I’m actually facing the pool area towards more quieter. And I still need a receipt. I requested an email receipt and I haven’t received it. I should’ve just requested it at the time of checkout. I thought it was going to be sent right after.
