Muy buena, como siempre desde mi primer experiencia Lucerna en 1990

The hotel was ok. The room was not very clean. There was a plumbing issue with the bathtub and it would fill up with water while I was showering which created a film in the tub from the soap. There was so much caulking in the bathtub and along the cracks of the walls, it looked like the room fell apart and they are trying to glue it back together. The balcony was NOT safe. I was going to go out on it but the tiles were broken and it was shaky. The only good thing I can say is that the bed was comfortable and the staff was very nice and accomodating.

En general tuve una buena experiencia en el hotel;, salvo por el primer dia en que llegué y la cama estaba deshecha ; si se veía aseada, pero quizás su establecimiento no tiende l’as camas si el huésped decide seguir con las mismas sábanas
Eso es un error, yo puedo dormir en una cama cuyas sabanas no se cambian m’as que una vez por semana, pero tiendo la cama.
