It’s always friendly service and fast this time Emmanuel helped at check in, never disappointed with the quality of the customer service provided. I’d like to thank Susana for initially making my reservation aswell

Good experience the bathrooms looks old but worked ok

We love staying at Lucerna. Staff is very friendly and amenities are on point. Is close to everything we wanted to do or visit. We always recommend friends and family
