Was very good except the breakfast on the 5th floor some mornings they serve breakfast then the next morning they serve they serve it again on the eggs they just add water. The lady that works there is a very nice and good.

Was okay. Room looked dirty and toilet was leaking water.

Amazing!!! We had our reservations cancelled at another place and had to book last minute. We got an amazing room with a view at an incredible rate.

La experiencia en general nos gusto, pero las habitaciones que estan entre el gimnasio y la alberca requieren remodelacion, no estan iguales que las que me eh quedado en el 5to piso del edificio principal. En mi habitacion en la regadera se tardaba mucho en ir el agua, se estancaba ademas de tener un olor fuerte de humedad. Yo me seguire quedando en los Lucerna, pero si es importante que remodelen estas habitaciones.

Lamentamos que las habitaciones en la zona entre el gimnasio y la alberca no hayan cumplido con las expectativas que tiene de nuestro hotel, especialmente en comparación con las del edificio principal. Su observación sobre la regadera, la dificultad para desaguar y el olor a humedad es muy valiosa para identificar áreas que requieren especial atención.
