8 everything was great staff amazing and the door guy his name is Fernando amazing person and because of him I'll give I guys at 10 very helpful and everything us was fine but my room the air-conditioning was not working very well !!

Our overall experience was amazing. Beginning with the staff at Hotel Lucerne they made us feel right at home. A special thank you to Omar and Fernando for making our stay superb. The incredible service from Omar was amazing. Always willing to go the extra mile to make in helping with our service dog was just truly amazing. The ladies at the front desk top notch as well. The entire crew that run that hotel are just amazing humans. Oh and one more added item. Coming home we found out that one of our piece of luggage stayed behind at the hotel. There were some very important items that had sentimental value and unfortunately sometimes things that get left behind end up being lost. Not with this hotel and their staff. We went back to retrieve our baggage on July 15, 2025 and every single item was still there. So if you’re looking for honest professional staff as well as being treated with the upmost respect by staff this is the hotel to come to. Also a special thank you to Luis from the Sushi restaurant. A super top notch Manager who made our dinner experience exceptional. We’ll definitely be coming back to this gem. Thank you Hotel Lucerne for making us feel super special during our stay!

Experience was pleasant BUT. Concierge was never at station. I visited several times looking for help. Also I checked out of hotel on Tuesday. Today is Sunday 5 days later and my credit card shows two charges pending for a one night stay. I cannot find an email to reach the hotel to find out if I am being charged twice.

La experiencia fue un tanto positiva. La habitación daba una sensación a lugar viejo. Las cortinas del baño estaban un poco rotas. El agua era super dificil de regular.

The staff is especially friendly as well as the restaurant staff for our breakfast. For some reason I thought I was getting a queen bed and a full but received two full beds. My room was quite loud from the nearby traffic. I was super tired for the most part but it really did affect my sleep the last night.
