Overall good experience, nice Hotel, grounds of hotel are nice. Easy access parking. Hotel staff are nice and friendly. Stay was for 2 nights, was surprised breakfast was not included with stay.

This has been the third time that I’ve stayed at Lucerna hotel and my experience has always been very pleasant. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The quality of the food is spectacular, including the Sunday brunch. The bar drinks and selections are in. The snacks at the bar are delicious and anything you request is brought to you with freshness. I highly recommend Lucerna hotel!!!!!

Beautiful property but room was in need of maintenance. Deadbolt didn’t work. Drain had horrible odor, furniture had dings and scratches
