Everything great at the hotel. The only disappointment was that they didn’t offer us the fast pass for the border that they have for customer.

PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN Y SERVICIO DE LA RECEPCIONISTA QUE ESTABA EL SÁBADO 23 de AGOSTO A LAS 9am . Ni una sonrisa nos brindó a mí y a mi hijo , y le dije que iba a checar salida y nos tuvo esperando y yo pensé lo estaba haciendo pero pasaron como 4 minutos o más sin voltearnos a ver y fue cuando le pregunté si lo había realizado y solo volteo y dijo sí , ya se pueden ir! Lamentable el servicio . Siempre elijo este hotel cuando voy a tijuana o Ensenda pero estos actos dejan mucho que desear y no dan ganas de regresar

Overall great experience. Couldn't have a more friendlier staff. The staff was always very helpful and professional. My reservations got mixed up so it took extra time checking in and out. My phone got hacked on the wifi for the hotel. I shouldn't have used it since it was unsecured. Took a cold shower the first day not sure what had happened.

Buena solamente no avia agua caliente pero despues de hay todo vien

i was there on Friday the 15 for one night but i had a reservation also for one night on Monday the 18th . i stayed on the 15 th and i left on Saturday the 16 th and later that day i realized that i left my jacket in the closet and i called the hotel and i spoke with the reception and they said don't worry will have ready for you when you come back. when i came back on Monday and i asked for the jacket i couldn't get a straight answer from anyone at your hotel nobody knows where is my jacket .i was really upset because of the idea of losing a jacket at my favorite hotel in Tijuana is not fair .you can check my record that i am a loyal customer between lucerna and the k tower for at least 10years and i start to wonder if things disappeared from my luggage while i am out of the room . thank you for your attention in this matter
