The staff ate the best! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. They look after guests so well! I was there before and after surgery and it was nice to be in a pleasant and calm environment where I felt that the staff truly cared how I was doing. And they make some delicious broth!! Muchas gracias por todos!

The room was great, the service was perfect, the food was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tijuana.

The only I had was that I got charged more for one day stay at Lucerna and I got charged double.
