Unfortunately, didn't take the name of the bell man at the lobby whose attitude is extraordinary. Very welcoming and friendly Regarding folks at the lobby, they are ok but not necessarily friendly and the ladies at the restaurant are definitively in need of some training to learn how to welcome guests.

We loved it. We came to Mexico for medical treatment and have stayed in other establishments but this is our favorite . The energy is inviting from the moment you walk in. Every staff member was pleasant and helpful. It’s beautiful, inviting, extremely well decorated with restaurants and a sweet little bar by a waterfall. We couldn’t have felt safer. We will be returning!

Stay was nice. The toilet doesn’t flush so great but other than that it was a great stay. I’ll be back.

Premises were clean and comfortable. Room well kept and quiet. The only suggestion I would make is to provide a way to turn off the lighted on/off button on the mirror above the desk to allow for darkness while sleeping.
