Me encanta el hotel y el servicio es excelente pero en esta ocasión la jovencita de la recepción no tomó en cuenta mi petición debo tina y no cuarto compartido y no tuvo la actitud de todos ustedes que son excelentes, me encanta el hotel y su servicio
