La Srta Isabel de recepción fue muy amable a ella le pongo un 10/10, en cuanto al hotel esta bien en general, me encantaría hicieran una remodelación de los baños es el único punto en contra que le veo al hotel, el buffet del desayuno es bueno pero cuando uno se queda varios dias llega a ser muy repetitivo, seria muy bueno que diariamente hubiese algunos platillos que cambiaran para variar

Yall have the best Bell Men. They are the reason we stay there. The food on the 5th floor for breakfast is not the best the Eggs are not fresh they just add water and warn them up. The service is very good in the morning. The service at night on the 5th floor could be alot better.

Nunca me había hospedado en Lucerna, la experiencia no fue la mejor. Los veo debajo en comparación con sus competidores locales. El internet jamás funcionó, fue muy inestable. Desde mi llegada no me sentí bienvenido me estacioné cerca de la puerta para bajar mis maletas y antes de un "buenas tardes" si primer comentario fue que me quitara de ahí, nada amables, ni un "por favor" o "gracias". Hicimos check in 5 personas, a los americanos los ubicaron en una sección y a los mexicanos en la parte trasera del hotel. Aun no me explico si fue algo deliberado o fue una curiosa casualidad. En general no me gustó el trato, dudo mucho volver a hospedarme con ustedes en el futuro nunca más.

Todo estuvo bien solamente que el lavabo estaba tapado y no bajaba el agua.

Staff Was very friendly and helpfull I will probably stay again, But the room was not in the best coindition, the balcony did feel very unsafe the floor woods are loose and the glass rail too wavy, I did not feel safe there, I am planing another trip to tijuana soon I will cosidered stay again

Hotel was nice but expected a lot more for the amount of money spent. Was not aware venues happen over the weekend and is extremely noisy for guests to get a good night sleep. Also had a very drunk guest staying in room next to mine which took security several hours to finally kick him out. Would never stay there again.
