muy insatisfecho ya que mi habitación fue con tarifa de desayuno incluido. Cuando al haber terminado de desayunar pedí un café, mismo que no tiene nada de especial, fue con un costo adicional.

Very good

- Only comment - cleaning service turned off the AC. the room was hot when I returned and took over two hours to cool again. Please don't have the cleaning service turn off the AC. It makes it difficult for guests to sleep

Great hotel, great staff, great bed. The only downside is a small, outdated toilet. Please consider this if you are a tall person.

I will not be staying at this hotel again,
When I made the reservation, I specifically noted that I was requesting two connecting rooms because I was bringing the kids with me, when I arrived , they apparently did not know of my request in which they claimed they were going to assign me different rooms because what I had booked originally was not available..

I was given connecting rooms 716 and 717, in front of the pool on the first floor..
When we walked in, they had some really bad mold smell and in very poor condition not to mention, there was hair under the sheets, and the air conditioning makes a super loud noise throughout the night as is coming on and off, to make this to short we couldn’t sleep.. the next day in the morning I got up and went to talk to reception, I explained to them the situation and requested a refund for the next night I had left on my reservation or they move me rooms.. they agreed to move me rooms on the fourth floor. I told them I was gonna be gone for the whole day., they said, leave your stuff ready in your rooms. We will pick up everything and move you to your new rooms , when you come back, Come pick up your room key.. we left everything ready thinking I was going to be moved to the new ones when we came back from our day activities with my family, upon arrival I went to reception to pick up my key and the lady had no idea what I was talking about.. I explained to them again the situation. she assigned me two new rooms ,in which I had to go pick up my stuff from the previous rooms to bring them to the new rooms.
The new rooms were better. I was happy however I was never told that I was going to be charged more once they move me, when I looked at my bill, they had charged me more without telling me that I was going to pay a difference, in which I found very disrespectful because to begin with they never looked at my request when I originally made the reservation through the hotel website..
The restaurant staff is top-notch food was quality..
The property it’s OK, however, it is very noisy. Maybe it is the area but I would give this place two stars.
And I will not be staying here again

We have stayed there several times in the past my husband pedro valles loves the hotel but this last time we were both disappointed by the lack of help when we mentioned we wanted to chexk out early because the room's air conditioner does not work and the heat was unbearable.

En el area de restautante habia cucarachas, se le menciono a recepción del restaurante . no vi que fumigaran

Lamentamos sinceramente los inconvenientes durante su estancia, tanto por el mal funcionamiento del aire acondicionado como por la situación reportada en el restaurante. Ya estamos tomando medidas para corregir estos problemas y evitar que se repitan.

Overall experience was excellent. Food was first class, front desk very friendly but several times that I approached the front desk for a question there was only one person behind the counter and a line to be helped. Internet kept dropping out. Claudia in housekeeping was especially helpful.
