La verdad el olor de la habitación y el que la ducha se inundara me generó una mala experiencia

Overall the experience is good. Our group comes on several medical and dental trips a year. The only thing that holds our group back for staying there more is the lack of free breakfast. The Fairfield Inn offers a good free breakfast that is convenient an saves our group a lot of money. If you could offer a free breakfast, we would stay at the Lucerna exclusively. Also the room 724 is a great room but the flooring needs updated.

Noticeable trash on floors under tables, sliding door didn’t lock, a/c didn’t work. Bell boys looked like they couldn’t be bothered.
