BUENA.... AL HOTEL LE HACE FALTA MANTENIMIENTO EN LAS HABITACIONES EN ESPECIAL A LOS BAÑOS... ESTAN LIMPIOS PERO YA MUY GASTADOS... URGE....

The Hotel Lucerna earns it’s 5 star rating everyday with the friendly and helpful staff. Love this place and I will visit again soon

Agradable, confortable y buena atención. La única observación adicional que hago es que en el Restaurante Bar de la Torre K, hay áreas restrigidas para los húespedes de las otras secciones del hotel. Eso me parece inaceptable y más aun cuando no existe mucha demanda y el bar esta prácticamente solo.

Good overall, especially from service perspective. Room seemed a little tired and half of the outlets didn’t work. Breakfast was excellent.
