It was great, but was hoping to stay on the pool side instead of the street side...but those rooms were already taken that was my only issue...other than that this is where I always stay...safe and the staff are amazing...great place

The hotel was ok. The room was not very clean. There was a plumbing issue with the bathtub and it would fill up with water while I was showering which created a film in the tub from the soap. There was so much caulking in the bathtub and along the cracks of the walls, it looked like the room fell apart and they are trying to glue it back together. The balcony was NOT safe. I was going to go out on it but the tiles were broken and it was shaky. The only good thing I can say is that the bed was comfortable and the staff was very nice and accomodating.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not fully meet expectations. Your comments are important to us and will be shared with the appropriate teams to help us improve. We’re glad to hear you had a positive interaction with our staff and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future
