We have chosen the Hotel Lucerna Tijuana for every stay we have on visiting the Bioadvanced Medical Center. We feel like we ar coming home and everyone treats us as family and kings and queens..... it is delightful. Our meals at the K Tower are so very great for us and they accommodate our garlic and onion allergy. WE do appreciate that the people who work there have been with you forever which speaks highly to management. Thank you so very much....

The Hotel was very nice, the staff was wonderful. Israel went above and beyond to help us. The room was nice, towels were great, the only thing I didn’t like was the comforter was too heavy, but nothing to complain about. We felt very safe. We had a great time.
