My first room was noisy but they moved new to a much mucho better room poolside so much improved. Room service was excellent anda dinner recommendations were very pleasing. I will recién again. Gracias 😀

Muy buena, sólo mejoraría la regadera del baño (por donde sale el agua, creo es un poco vieja)

It’s been my fifth time staying at Lucerna and a great stay each time I would like to thank the full staff at the hotel for the outstanding & comfort experience as always

This is a nice clean and safe place to stay if you ever go to Tijuana

Perfect hotel for recovery the bed was comfortable which was important to me since I had surgery. I can't comment on food and drink because I could have broth. Would have been nice to have beef and veggies broth options. Also maybe clear no sugar electrolyte drinks like we had at hospital.

la verdad que de decepcionado no los recomendaría ni me volvería a quedar en su hotel es una lastima ya que conozco todos los Hoteles Lucerna, y siempre se caractericen por limpieza amabilidad, atención y este se quedo muy lejos. Faltaba este y la verdad me quede muy molesto.

VERY NICE EXPERIENCE. THIS IS NOT MY FIRST TIME, AND IT GETS BETTER EVERY TIME I COME. VERY CONVENINET LOCATION AND EVEN IF THE ROOMS ARE NOT NEW, I STILL CAN FEEL THE EXPERIENCE OF A NOT SO CROWDED AND COLD HOTEL. THE VIEW TO THE POOL WAS VERY NICE THIS TIME AND ENJOYED ALOT. NEED TO TAKE CARE OF SOME OF THE GYM'S THREADMILLS THAT DID NOT WORK. THE SECURITY PERSONNEL WAS VERY KIND AND HELPFUL TO FIND MY CELL PHONE I FORGOT IN THE GYM. GREAT SERVICE! THANK YOU!
