Overall experience was excellent. Food was first class, front desk very friendly but several times that I approached the front desk for a question there was only one person behind the counter and a line to be helped. Internet kept dropping out. Claudia in housekeeping was especially helpful.

Todo bien, solo el aire acondicionado no enfriaba , tampoco se sentía el aire salir

To me it’s a 5 Star hotel. Rooms very clean. The people very friendly and attentive. Of course I will be there pretty soon. The hotel is beautiful. I’m happy with my experience.. Thank you so much guys.

Sadly we were not impressed with rooms and the road noise was very loud. The beds are not comfortable. The lobby and restaurants are nice.

el cuarto olía mucho a drenaje!!! y la verdad ya esta muy viejas las instalaciones!!

Lamentamos sinceramente los inconvenientes durante su estancia, incluyendo el mal olor en la habitación, el ruido exterior, la incomodidad de las camas y el estado general de las instalaciones. Agradecemos también que haya destacado positivamente nuestras áreas comunes como el lobby y el restaurante.

Unfortunately, didn't take the name of the bell man at the lobby whose attitude is extraordinary. Very welcoming and friendly Regarding folks at the lobby, they are ok but not necessarily friendly and the ladies at the restaurant are definitively in need of some training to learn how to welcome guests.
