El PISO DEL BAÑO TIENE HONGOS Y SALE OLOR DESAGRADABLE DE LA BAÑERA Y DEL LAVA MANOS. NO TUVIMOS LUZ EN LA MADRUGADA QUE ME LEVANTE AL BAÑO FUE HORRIBLE .

It's always been my hotel when I visit Tijuana, but I have noticed that the rooms have worn out over time, and I feel that soon, they should be updated to continue the quality of services.

La cadena Lucerna la amo me siento como en mi casa, en esta estancia agradezco a la Sra recamerar no recuerdo su nombre pero fue muy amable en atender la observacion que hice de la habitacion, a Ricardo de recepcion, los mecesros todos muy amables. Regreso del 14 al 18 de Octubre.

Agradecemos sus amables comentarios. Nos alegra muchísimo que se sienta en casa y que nuestro equipo haya logrado que su estancia fuera tan agradable. Nos aseguraremos que siempre sea asi. La esperamos ¡Será un placer tenerte de vuelta!

We love this hotel. The staff is excellent. The restaurants are excellent. The rooms should be stocked with an extra face towel and hand towel and hair conditioner. More lighting would be beneficial as well. Room #812 in the back building was bad in that you can smell the sewer through the shower drain. And the 1st level of rooms have no screen at the balconies which allowed mosquitoes to enter if you opened the sliding door.
