Good experience. Sliding door did not lock. It was broken. Internet was a little slow on TV. But, we have always enjoyed staying at the Lucerna. Staff, food, bar is awesome!

Hubo mucho ruido en la habitación de a lado provocado por las personas hospedadas ahí habitación 212

My overall experience was great. Check in was easy. Room was clean and well maintained. Only issue was with parking. There was no parking available on Saturday evening. Attendant told me that I had to wait 40 minutes for parking since they’re was an event at the hotel. Other than the issue with parking, experience was good.

My overall experience was good. However, unable to access YouTube and Nexflex on TV. Call for service and little help was provided.
