The place is super clean and close to border. It easy to find and the amenities including access to th other building and roof top bar is superb. The views are amazing at night, the sushi was great and the vibe/ambiance an be anything from casual or very nice ppace for a date or dinner party with friends! I LOVED IT!!!

Buena en general. La puerta del baño rechina mucho. No hay extractor en el sanitario. El único bote de basura es el del baño.

Me parece un hotel elegante y algo conservador. La atención del personal fue muy buena, siempre fueron muy amables y atentos. Quizás renovar el diseño de los baños lo haría (a mi gusto) aún más agradable.

This was my second stay at Hotel Lucerna. Both times were for visiting the dentist. Both visits were excellent. The staff was very accommodating to the needs of my family. The grounds are beautiful. The cleanliness is impeccable. I would highly recommend this hotel for a business or vacation stay. If you request a 5th floor room, you get more value with breakfast, happy hour and a light dinner included.
