Always getting best service, staff is wonderful, whether we stay in Mexicali or Tijuana , restaurant also has great menu and very reasonable prices, not to mention bar .

Visito Tijuana con frecuencia y, con una excepción, siempre me he alejado en el Hotel Lucerna. Lo hago principalmente porque el personal del hotel es excepcionalmente amable y respetuoso.

The hotel is nice, but prefer room with mini fridge.
