In the past this was always one of my favorite hotels. Now its now because of old towels, roaches, old bathrooms and lack of perks a VP member.

First time staying in TJ,
It was a great location next to a Circle K and a pharmacy. Hotel was nice and clean will be coming back. All the staff were kind and respectful.

During my reservation, I opted to include breakfast in bed. However, upon checking out after my one-night business stay, I noticed that I had been charged twice for this service. I brought this to the attention of the gentleman at the checkout counter, who acknowledged the double charge and went to consult with his manager. Unfortunately, the manager declined to rectify the situation and insisted on maintaining the double charge. Additionally, my breakfast in bed order was not fulfilled, quality was bad and food was cold.

Escogí este hotel para mi sesión fotográfica getting ready y para mi preparación de vestimenta y la de mi esposo para nuestra nos gustó mucho captar la esencia de Tijuana en ese hotel
