Pillows are very low quality, please change it. Any other brand is better than these ones.
Cannot close fully the shower door.
All of your receptionist are helpfull and friendly.

Love the location, the painting along the stairs

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, bis auf die Sauberkeit des Bettes. Wir kommen sonst gerne wieder.

Es freut uns sehr, dass Sie Ihren Aufenthalt insgesamt genossen haben und insbesondere unser Frühstück mit der großen Auswahl sowie der schönen Atmosphäre so positiv hervorheben. Auch Ihre hohe Weiterempfehlung wissen wir sehr zu schätzen.

Gleichzeitig möchten wir uns ausdrücklich für den Zustand des Bettes entschuldigen. Haare auf dem Bett und nicht einwandfrei saubere Bettwäsche entsprechen selbstverständlich nicht unseren Standards. Wir bedauern sehr, dass dies Ihren Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt hat, und werden Ihren Hinweis mit unserem Housekeeping-Team besprechen, um solche Vorkommnisse künftig zu vermeiden.

Die Lage des Hotels mit dem gegenüberliegenden Park ist sehr schön. Des Weiteren konnte man am Hotel parken. Die Dachterrasse ist toll.

Sehr nett ist der Hinterhof zum Frühstücken!
