Everything was very good for the value

Your feedback regarding the room and breakfast is taken seriously. We regret the absence of a refrigerator. Our decision not to offer minibars aligns with our commitment to environmental sustainability and energy efficiency. We would like to inform you that lactose-free options such as oat, soy, and almond milk are available at the beverage station during breakfast. We have also noted your suggestion regarding a coffee machine and will make this available to our guests in the coming weeks.

The paintings on the walls are very poor, bordering on the hideous. From a design point of view the hotel would be much better finding contemporary images from Beethoven's time, including portraits of him, and enlarging them. This will be more in keeping with the name of the hotel and look classier.
