We parkes our car in the parking area of the hotel.
It would help if there were camera’s to watch over the area.
1 camera + screen at the lobby desk is not a big investment anymore.
You can place some warming signa as well. Even with dummy camera’s, You create more safety.
Shower Floor is slippery and is a problem for elderly people. There are solutions for that.
We’re delighted to hear that you had a smooth check-in experience and found our team to be friendly and attentive. We're also pleased that you were satisfied with your room, the Wi-Fi, and the overall accessibility of our hotel. Your perfect recommendation score means a lot to us — thank you!
Regarding your helpful suggestions:
Parking area: The parking space you used is a public area and is not operated or monitored by our hotel, which limits our ability to install surveillance equipment. However, we understand your concerns and agree that visible security measures, even signs or dummy cameras, can contribute to a greater sense of safety. We will share this feedback with the local authorities and explore any feasible options on our side to inform and support our guests better.
Shower floor: Thank you for pointing this out. Guest safety is very important to us, and we are currently reviewing solutions to reduce slipperiness, particularly for elderly guests. Anti-slip mats or coatings are options we are actively considering.
Breakfast: We appreciate your note about the coffee. We will check the temperature control and ensure that fresh, hot coffee is always available during breakfast hours.
We hope to welcome you back soon and make your next stay even more comfortable.
