My stay was overall good. The receptionist was very friendly. Check in/out was easy. Room was ok and the food also.

Hotel staff could explain guests how elevators work on their arrival day. As we arrive only one elevator was working. Night we came back we couldn't choose our level. Finally we found out that we have to reach level 2 /reception and then take another elevator or steps. There is no information posted near the entrance. This could be improved

My “single” room was huge.
Very well located in terms of nearby U-Bahn, restaurants & lovely Bergmannkiez area.
It would have been nice to have hot drink-making facilities in the rooms (or in a communal area).
Overall very good value for money.
