I was disgusted to learn that even though you would not reimburse me for the first night you still made my friend pay for the second night because I cancelled.
we would like to address your review. When making your booking, you consciously chose the non-refundable rate option. For this reason, we could not agree to a free cancellation. Once a booking is made, no complimentary changes or cancellations can be made, as we highlight before the reservation is confirmed.
Our booking options always consist of two different rates: a flexible rate that allows for cancellations or modifications, and a HotDeal-Rate that cannot be canceled or altered but is offered at a more affordable price.
We kindly ask for your understanding that no exceptions can be made for HotDeal-Rate bookings.
Regarding your second reservation, it was made for one person. Therefore, an additional charge of EUR 20.00 was applied for the extra guest who checked in.
