Second time at the LVB hotel as it’s the nearest hotel to our sons apartment. Great breakfast, very friendly staff throughout , beds may be a little soft but that’s a personal preference. Would definitely stay again

The current roadworks make it a bit of a walk to get to the hotel, but otherwise, a great stay, and brilliant value for money! Thank you guys so much for making it a great experience for our first trip to Berlin :)

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your stay at our hotel. We are delighted to hear that you had a great experience during your first trip to Berlin and found our hotel to be of brilliant value for money.

We appreciate your positive comments about our friendly staff, the room, and the breakfast. Your suggestion to leave the windows open for a bit while cleaning the rooms is well taken, and we will certainly consider this for the future.

We're sorry for any inconvenience caused by the roadworks, and we understand that it made the walk to the hotel a bit longer than usual. We are hopeful that this situation will be resolved soon.

We appreciate your high recommendation score and look forward to welcoming you back on your next visit to Berlin.

Best regards,
Your LVB team
