Das Personal sollte im Umgang mit der Kundschaft besser auf Freundlichkeit und Empathie geschult werden. Für ein Hotel ohne Frühstücksraum zu teuer. Unbedingt die Matrazen auswechseln! Keine American Express Kreditkarte akzeptiert, für ein Hotel in einer internationalen Großstadt unfassbar!
