We enjoyed our stay. Gardens and property is beautiful. Reception staff especially kind and welcoming. Spa was excellent.

Only points to improve:
Pool was very cold. Should be warmer
Cleaner walked into the room without knocking when we were in the room.
Restaurant food was average
Breakfast could be improved

Excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. The only problem we face was that the internet service through our stay was very poor. It was very frustrating.

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel gardens are beautiful. Staff all excellent. The New Year’s Eve celebrations were well organised. Food on that night wasnt as good as we had hoped and we had issues with our dietary requirements despite the kitchen being briefed.

We had a very nice stay, although there were some tiny ants in our bathroom. We enjoyed the restaurant.
