We had a wonderful experience from the hotel the staff. Marrakech is a fabulous place to visit. We will definitely be coming back. The hospitality and care shown to us by the staff was second to non, nothing was too much trouble. Great place to stay.

The property is amazing. The gardens are so lush, the heated pool so perfect. The wait staff was so wonderful. I hope to return to this magical place.

We enjoyed our stay. Gardens and property is beautiful. Reception staff especially kind and welcoming. Spa was excellent.

Only points to improve:
Pool was very cold. Should be warmer
Cleaner walked into the room without knocking when we were in the room.
Restaurant food was average
Breakfast could be improved

Excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. The only problem we face was that the internet service through our stay was very poor. It was very frustrating.
