Very good experience. The hotel is calm and a breath of fresh air from the busy Medina.

ok and we liked to pool but the menu was not entirely to our taste.

Thank you for taking the time to share with us, your moment at our house. Thank you for the lovely words about the pool in our exotic garden that surrounds this unique 19th century dwelling we are so proud of. I'm sorry however that we didn't seem to fulfill all your expectations and I regret it. Firstly, I would like to thank you for choosing to take your meals in our restaurant. I'm distressed by the fact that you didn't enjoy the dishes we proposed. Les Jardins de la Medina's restaurant has been and still is considered as one of the best tables in the City. Nervertheless, we could probably agree that it is difficult to please everyone. On your next visit, don't hesitate to express your sentiment and your wishes, we'll try to answer them the best way possible. Thank you and see you soon!

Hotel gut weit gelegene Essen in Restaurant sehr schlecht

Firstly, I would like to thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I'm very happy that you liked this beautiful house from the 19th century and all it has to offer. But not everything was up to your liking. I'm sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the food we serve in our restaurant. However, your remark has been heard and be assured, it has received all my attention. Despite the appreciation of a large number of guests over number of years, and the reputation of our restaurant being one of the best tables in the city, we take your feedback seriously and we are working to improve our culinary offering to meet your expectations on your next visit.
