Beautiful hotel. An oasis of calm. Appreciate how staff dealt with the earthquake in a calm, reassuring manner.

Overall besides the Earthquake we had an amazing time . The Hotel was like being in paradise.
Hotel staff were incredibly friendly and polite and would do anything to help.
I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return in the future.

Firstly, allow me to say that I'm relieved we were spared by this terrible earthquake and so happy that life took over and let you enjoy your moment with us! Our entire staff is very touched and thank you for your kindness. Your recommendation and your will to come back to Les Jardins de la Médina, are our very best rewards and we thank you for them. Nous sommes arrivées chez vous au lendemain du séisme, et nous avons trouvé un havre de paix et les deux jours que nous avons passés étaient juste parfaits

Je vous remercie tout d'abord de vos pensées à la suite de ce terrible séisme qui nous a très heureusement épargné. Je suis heureuse que nous ayons pu vous accueillir dans notre "havre de paix" niché au coeur d'un superbe jardin. Les équipes des Jardins de la Médina ont pris grand plaisir à veiller sur vous, votre satisfaction est leur ultime récompense. for the most part the experience was great! The pool is gorgeous but it is quite shady. I wonder if you could cut some of the trees back to allow more sunlight. The Roof Terrace is fantastic but very underutilized. Would love to see more people up there. The gardens are absolutley beautiful and it's a gorgeous sanctuary from the Medina.

I thank you for taking the time to write such a nice and detailed comment, to share your moment with us. However, not everything was up to your expectations and I regret it. Your friendly and constructive remarks have been heard and be assured, that they had my entire consideration. From this time of the year, our heated swimming pool, unfortunately partly shaded, may loose a little bit of its summer charm, but if I may say so, its surrounding landscape is the shelter of a great fauna and the wealth of this 19th century house. We enjoy looking after you, your return to Les Jardins de la Medina will be our best reward. Thank you and see you soon!
