We had a great time. It’s a lovely peaceful oasis to rest in after the hustle and bustle of the streets. The sounds of the birds is so nice.

Sehr gepflegte, ruhige Anlage und freundliches Personal, das Frühstück war gut nur das Abendessen bei Halbpension, hier gab es leider keinen Zugriff auf alle Gerichte. Nur die marokkanischen und vegetarischen Gerichte, die internationalen Mahlzeiten gab es nicht wenn man Halbpension gebucht hat. Das ist nicht ok, zumal das bis auf 2 Mahlzeiten der verfügbaren Menükarten alle Gerichte reichlich Koriander enthalten, welches nicht jeder essen kann/mag wegen Unverträglichkeit und weil es seifig schmeckt.

I'm happy that you have appreciated the modern comfort of your room and the daily breakfast menu. However, I'm sorry we didn't meet your expectations in every way. Your remark has been heard and had my entire consideration, this is how we improve. Be assured that I will ask our talented restaurant team to look into it and come with some suggestions. Could we agree nevertheless that people's taste is different and it can be difficult to please everyone. Expérience mitigée, bon accueil et bel hôtel, les chambres sont très agréables, le personnel également pour la plupart (certains ne sont pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles). Trop cher pour ce que c’est. Snack honteux, petit déjeuner vraiment pas bon (viennoiseries impossibles à manger, goût très moyen, beaucoup de surgelé et de nourriture pas fraîche)

Toutes les notes ne sont pas prises en compte dans le questionnaire, je trouve cela anormal. J’ai baissé les notes en fonction.

Tout d'abord je voudrais vous remercier d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience avec celles et ceux qui nous liront ici. Je suis ravie que vous ayez apprécié cette belle demeure, son jardin et ses chambres uniques et confortables. Néanmoins et je le regrette sincèrement, il semble que nous n'ayons pas répondu à toutes vos attentes. Permettez-moi cependant d'exprimer un respectueux désaccord pour ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner servi chaque matin dans notre restaurant. Il semble que nous n'ayons pu vous offrir un choix satisfaisant, malgré une excellente sélection de plats chauds tels que des légumes, du riz ou du quinoa, omelettes, merguez etc.. et un choix de plats froids comprenant des fruits de saison, des fromages, yaourt, jambon, fruits secs, cakes, crêpes marocaines.. Je confirme que tous les produits que nous utilisons sont frais et issus de la région. Lors d'une prochaine visite, n'hésitez pas à nous faire part de vos désirs durant votre séjour, nous ferons tout notre possible pour vous satisfaire. Ce sera un plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau aux Jardins de la Médina et nous vous disons à bientôt !

Eine sehr gepflegte Anlage, die eine gute Möglichkeit ist der Hektik von Marrakesh zu entfliehen.

A fabulous weeks holiday at a delightful hotel made even better by the excellent members of staff throughout. Food was also very good.

Friendly staff and a lovely courtyard and pool area (although there was a lot of chair hogging going on around the pool). Attractive local style decor.
