Hôtel un peu suranné côté déco pour les parties communes, joli jardin exotique, chambre très bien et personnel très agréable

Je vous remercie de cet élogieux commentaire qui me touche beaucoup. Notre maison a été conçue pour vous offrir du repos et du plaisir, merci d'y avoir été sensible. L'appréciation du décor de cette demeure du 19ème siècle est bien sûr subjective et je respecte votre opinion. Nous sommes j'en conviens, loin du style dépouillé et moderne de certains hôtels, ce qui nous confère un sentiment d'unicité et d'authenticité. dépaysement dans un bon confort

Marrakech est une ville inoubliable et après avoir passé vos journées à explorer les ruelles de la Médina, à admirer des jardins inoubliables ou la beauté d'une mosquée, le retour dans notre belle demeure entourée d'un jardin exotique perdure le dépaysement. Je suis heureuse que vous ayez apprécié le charme authentique et le confort moderne des Jardins de la Médina. We had a great time. We requested a guide and you provided one, a really nice guy but he didn't listen to our requirements (where locals eat, tanneries etc) and took us to a high sales pharma shop where we were pressured into buying some products at exorbitant prices and that was a bad reflection on all concerned e.g. hotel, guide, shop and Marrakesh.

Firstly I would like to thank you for your very kind words and for taking the time to share your sentiment here. I'm very sorry that this unfortunate experience has spoiled what could have been otherwise, a real "great time". Please accept my sincere apologies for all the inconvenience you had to suffer. I will certainly ensure that this situation will not recur. May I invite you to offer us a second chance... I will personally make sure that your next visit will be beyond reproach! See you soon.

we enjoyed our stay at the Hotel it has a very nice ambience our bathroom was a little dated it would have been nice if the Dinner menu had changed during our stay so that more choice was available to us.

Since aww arrive the staff were amazing, super friendly and professional, the hotel is amazing very close to everything and safe
May just need to update the bathroom but overall excellent!

Very relaxing, friendliness of the staff ,great location

Good > very good
Would have been even better had the issues with the room not been encountered and the half-board menu been better for vegetarians (these options were tasteless unfortunately). Also, the menu could have changed just once over the course of the week!
