Excellent, as always. This is my favorite hotel in Marrakech. The pool and rooms are lovely. I really appreciate the change in the menu at the restaurant, I would continue to develop healthy options.

Expérience très agréable ! Personnel attentionné. Lieu magique, se situant au coeur de la médina dans un havre de paix avec des arbres centenaires et des chants d'oiseaux majestueux. Le coin feu le soir au rythme du musicien de Oud donne une note unique au lieu. Merci de tout coeur

I thank you very much for taking the time to evaluate us and for sharing your sentiment on this page. I'm very pleased you have enjoyed the friendliness of all the teams who have helped making your moment with us, a pleasant memory. I'm sorry however that your stay was not up to your expectations. Whenever possible, we offer our guests the possibility to switch the room allocated to them, for another available one, if it doesn't respond to their needs or wishes. I would like to point out nevertheless that none of the rooms are "abnormally dark". Having said that, I regret and I apologize for the inconvenience your mention here today. On your next visit, don't hesitate to inform us of any need or wishes, we'll do our very best to satisfy you. This was our first time in Marrakesh and we are pleased we chose Les Jardins de La medina. It is a beautiful, tranquil base to explore this magical city.
