I thank you very much for taking the time to evaluate us and for sharing your sentiment on this page. I'm very pleased you have enjoyed the friendliness of all the teams who have helped making your moment with us, a pleasant memory. I'm sorry however that your stay was not up to your expectations. Whenever possible, we offer our guests the possibility to switch the room allocated to them, for another available one, if it doesn't respond to their needs or wishes. I would like to point out nevertheless that none of the rooms are "abnormally dark". Having said that, I regret and I apologize for the inconvenience your mention here today. On your next visit, don't hesitate to inform us of any need or wishes, we'll do our very best to satisfy you. Be assured that no effort will be spared to continue to offer our customers the quality of service and comfort that we are proud of. This was our first time in Marrakesh and we are pleased we chose Les Jardins de La medina. It is a beautiful, tranquil base to explore this magical city.

c'était un séjour des plus agréable, je pense revenir très vite , pour la beauté de votre Hôtel ,la sécurité et la gentillesse de tout le personnel. je reviendrai aussi pour la cuisine qui est délicieuse et fine.

Revenez-vite, nous avons été sensibles à vos gentils compliments ! Je suis heureuse que vous ayez apprécié la cuisine innovante de notre restaurant alliant les saveurs méditerranéennes et marocaines, préparée chaque jour avec des produits frais de la région et accompagnée d'une des plus belles cartes de vins de la ville. L'ensemble du personnel vous remercie de votre appréciation, elle est leur plus belle récompense. Votre souhait de retour aux Jardins de la Médina nous honore et nous vous en remercions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was good, breakfasts were enjoyable, evening meals good too. We enjoyed the garden and the staff were always helpful.

Beaucoup de charme et très beau jardin bien entretenu avec beaucoup de coins pour se détendre en dehors de la chambre et de la piscine. Petit déjeuner parfait et bonne cuisine avec très belle présentation.

Merci pour ce très beau compliment ! Je suis heureuse que vous ayez été sensible au charme authentique et unique de cette maison et des jardins exotiques qui l'entourent. La beauté et la tranquillité de notre oasis fait oublier la trépidante Médina pourtant si proche..
