We had the most wonderful time and will definitely stay with you again when we will come back to Marrakech which I hope will not be too far off in the future

Excellent. But towels were changed despite hanging them up.

Nicely looked after, liked the location of the hotel. Bit disappointed by the evening meal and breakfasts we had.

Thank you for the lovely words about the staff who have taken great pleasure looking after you and are thanking you for your appreciation. I'm delighted you have enjoyed this beautiful and tranquil dwelling nested in an ocean of greenery at a walking distance to the main touristic places. However, not everything was up to your expectations and I regret it sincerely. Be assured that I heard your friendly remark which had my full attention. Most importantly, I would like to thank you for choosing to take your meals in our restaurant. I'm distressed by the fact that you didn't enjoy the dishes we proposed. Très agréable grâce au cadre (magnifique jardin, belle décoration, grand piscine ), à lamabilité du personnel, au calme des lieux et au délicieux petit déjeuner

Il n'est de plus élogieux et agréable commentaire ! Je vous remercie d'avoir pris le temps de partager ce séjour dans notre maison avec toutes celles et ceux qui nous liront ici. Cette maison a été conçue pour le repos, la relaxation et le bien-être et chacun de nous est heureux d'avoir contribuer à faire de ce moment, un bon souvenir. Warm friendly hotel in a great location with a wonderful garden and pool but soon needing some refurbishment eg. New bathrooms.

There is nothing I can add to this laudatory comment but my most grateful thanks. Your appreciation of this authentic riad touched us deeply. It has been a pleasure for our teams to look after you. However, your friendly and constructive remark has been heard and I thank you for it. We have indeed a renovation program in place for this beautiful dwelling, which is slowing down sometimes due to the hotel occupancy. You are here at home and we hope to see you again soon!

Generally the hotel is lovely.
However, the noise in room 129 meant we could not sleep until late and we were awoken early each day. Through the night refrigerators etc below us were also noisy as was the air con. I needed ear plugs to sleep.
So close to a fantastic review, but the sound problem on that room has destroyed out opinions.

I'm pleased you liked this house nested in a beautiful exotic garden, but I regret deeply that not everything was up to your expectations. I wish you had shared your concern with us during your stay, to enjoy the good night rest you were entitled to. Could you please accept my sincere apology for the inconvenience you endured.
