Very good , only thing we booked a day trip to Ourika Valley. Driver was v good & friendly but would have been good if English speaking or warn guests if not. Also a bit of details about itinerary as we didn’t understand that there was a visit to a garden, so didn’t realise what was involved and declined, then found we actually killed time at one point.

This being said, I must point out that our drivers are quite fluent in french but possess a little understanding of English. If a guest insists on a fluent English speaker, our receptionist passes his request on to our service provider. Das Jardins de la Medina war für uns eine Oase der Ruhe und Freundlichkeit mit einer sehr gute Küche und dem allerbesten Service. Wir werden ganz sicher nochmal wiederkommen

The welcome with the traditional
Mint tea and dates is lovely apon arrival and the addition of the morrocan pastries in the room is a nice touch, it was also a nice touch to offer the scented pillow spray but there was no follow through and none of us in our party of 5 rooms had someone turn down our beds and no spray on our pillows! Not once during our stay.

I regret however sincerely that you didn't mention during your stay that we failed to follow up with the pillow sprays, all of you have chosen on arrival and that your beds were not turned down at night. a good hotel overall but my expecations were higher in general

Das Hotel hat eine optimale Grösse. Sehr gut gelegen, zentral aber ruhig.Schöner Garten. In den Aufenthaltsräumen immer sehr kalt und zügig.

Overall a perfect experience! We really enjoyed the restaurant entertainment (live music&magician)
