Our whole family had a wonderful time at Les Jardins de la Medina. The restaurant was fabulous both for main meals as well as for snacks. Having the large garden was like being in your own oasis in the middle of the city - it gave you the light and space that you don’t seem to get in many other hotels and Riads. Most importantly, all the staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable - the longevity of the staff definitely shows.

Das Hotel ist eine sehr schöne Oase der Ruhe, wenn man zurückkehrt von einem Besuch in der Stadt, in der es doch sehr hektisch und laut zugeht. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, man ist am Rande der Medina und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Very good except the downstairs rooms had lots of footsteps and building sounds from above. Would take upstairs room next time.

Very good , only thing we booked a day trip to Ourika Valley. Driver was v good & friendly but would have been good if English speaking or warn guests if not. Also a bit of details about itinerary as we didn’t understand that there was a visit to a garden, so didn’t realise what was involved and declined, then found we actually killed time at one point.

The welcome with the traditional
Mint tea and dates is lovely apon arrival and the addition of the morrocan pastries in the room is a nice touch, it was also a nice touch to offer the scented pillow spray but there was no follow through and none of us in our party of 5 rooms had someone turn down our beds and no spray on our pillows! Not once during our stay.

a good hotel overall but my expecations were higher in general
