We had a lovely stay, we loved the food at the restaurant, but we found the service a bit slow on our last evening, waited to long for our dessert ,so turned it down when it eventually arrived. We felt a bit uncomfortable as we were the last ones in the restaurant and everyone was cleaning up around us. But we did find the staff very nice though.

Thank you for taking the time to share your sentiment on this page. I can certainly appreciate the displeasure of a long wait at the end of a dinner which otherwise would have been nice and I apologize for the inconvenience that it might have caused. Our staff is trained to answer your needs and we don't pretend to be perfect, but the satisfaction of our guests is a constant and very high consideration. Please accept my apologies if you had the feeling not to be considered as you should have been. It will be an honour to welcome you again...

Excellente et très agréable

Ces quelques mots sont très plaisants à lire et je vous en remercie de tout coeur ! Merci d'avoir apprécié le cadre authentique et tranquille de cette belle demeure, son jardin, sa piscine, sa terrasse dominant les montagnes de l'Atlas. Über alles gesehen ok. Wir waren enttäuscht, dass man auf glutenfreie Essenswünsche nicht wirklich eingegangen ist.
Morgenbuffet eher spärlich und wenn man um 7.30 da war, konnte man z.B. keine Eier bestellen, weil niemand da war.
Auch musste man immer wieder die gleichen Dinge bestellen, nach drei Tagen sollte das Personal wissen, wer Kaffee bzw Tee trinkt und glutenfrei müsste man nicht jedes Mal separat bestellen

Gute Lage, freundlicher Empfang, aber keine Ahnung von glutenfreiem Essen trotz Reservation, Service im Restaurant unaufmerksam

Firstly, I would like to thank you for taking the time to express here your sentiment. Thank you also for the compliments about this house and the teams who proudly look after it and after its guests. Nevertheless, we didn't live up to your expectations and I sincerely regret it. Despite your instructions, we failed to present you with a gluten free meal and I apologize for it. Your request was clear but was either misunderstood or discarded by error. Once again, I regret any inconvenience this may have caused and I assure you we are taking steps to prevent this to happen again. We hope to see you again soon!

Overall good. Would have appreciated a mini tour of the hotel on arrival, as we did not discover the roof terraces until the second day.

Im Winter bedingt geeignet
