We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is quiet and set in such a beautiful expanse of greenery, enjoyed looking out our window and listening to the birds. The lounge setting is very relaxing. I would prefer that you prohibit smoking in ALL the public spaces

Another wonderful stay and evrything as before!

Good except for one meal at your restaurant,when we had a bad meal which we complained about at the time and was told at the time it was because of the way we asked for it to be cooked,which was wrong,half the meat was tasty but the other half tasted bad which we left.aslo on the day we ate no other food ,the two of us that had the duck we’re both unwell that night,so to say it was our fault was an insult to us. When we spoke to a member of your staff about it at the time he did not care and blamed us. It was a shame this happened because we had a good stay.

I'm very pleased you have enjoyed your stay in this beautiful retreat and its garden, which provide the perfect winter escape. I'm sorry however that one unsatisfactory moment seems to have spoiled what could have been otherwise a nice day! Les Jardins de la Médina's restaurant is usually considered one of the best restaurants in the city. Our Chef Sanaa offers a particularly inventive menu, with many inspirations from here and elsewhere. May I add also that all the dishes are prepared daily with fresh produce of the region and we guarantee their freshness. But cooking is not an exact science and I can admit that we cannot please everyone. Considering your deep discontent, despite the fact that the meals served were entirely eaten by the four of you, you have asked on the day of your departure, to get a discount on the total restaurant's invoice. I allowed as a friendly gesture, a 10% off the 4 meals which has had your agreement. We hope to get the pleasure of welcoming you again for a stay beyond reproach. See you soon!

An excellent hotel with good food, rooms and facilities plus friendly and likeable staff. An oasis in the Kasbah. Will definitely return. I'm currently eating one of you excellent pastries.

Trèsbien,... parfois le personnel etait lent,... par exemple au bar et au petit déjeuner

Je suis heureux que vous ayez apprécié le cadre unique, authentique et intime de cette superbe demeure, tout autant que notre cuisine traditionnelle aux accents méditerranéens. Je suis désolé cependant que le service n'ait pas toujours été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Il peut arriver, en raison d'aléas peu prévisibles (personnel malade ou absent, remplacé par des extras) que quelques ralentissements se produisent. Je veux vous assurer que ce contexte reste très rare et que la qualité du service est une préoccupation de tous les instants. Nous serons ravis et honorés de vous accueillir à nouveau. Vous êtes ici chez vous !
