Très satisfait. Le seul problème c’est que nous n’avions pas de bain, seulement une douche, que nous deux n’aimons pas tellement.

Nous sommes ravis que votre séjour ait été très satisfaisant. Nous comprenons que la douche était le seul inconvénient, en raison de votre préférence pour une baignoire. Nous prenons note de votre retour et nous vous remercions d'avoir choisi Les Jardins de la Médina pour votre séjour à Marrakech. A bientôt !

Stay was good, friendly staff and attentive front desk. I would have preferred to see some variation in the breakfast and meals.

Sehr gut.
Manchmal hat es etwas länger gedauert, bis wir im Restaurant bedient wurden, aber das war nicht schlimm.

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und sieht sehr toll aus. Durch die Ruhe des Gartens hat man nicht das Gefühl, sich inmitten der Medina zu befinden. Das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt und war abwechslungsreich, und auch das Frühstücksbuffet kann verschiedenste Geschmäcker zufriedenstellen. Am positivsten war das sehr freundliche, sympatische und zuvorkommende Personal (Reinigungspersonal, Rezeption und Servicepersonal).
