Très satisfait de mon séjour

The hotel is a very romantic place within the Medina. I like the security when in the hotel.
The spa treatments were lovely - The journey for 2 was an experience I’ll never forget- absolutely lovely.

Le jardin est paradisiaque, le personnel est Grand pour l’attention portée sur les animaux : tortue, oiseaux, abeilles...

Je suis très heureux que vous ayez apprécié cette belle maison dont l'esprit demeure unique et authentique et je vous en remercie chaleureusement. Such a beautiful, tranquil hotel situated in the heart of Marrakesh. A stark contrast to the crazy world outside it! A place to unwind, relax and enjoy the perfect hospitality from the hotel staff who are so polite, friendly and welcoming.
The ambiance of the hotel is created by the stunning gardens, picture perfect traditional style riad rooms and sweet smells of Jasmin that linger in the air.
The food is delicious and is served in the hotels relaxed outdoor restaurant area which lulls you into a hedonistic state of relaxation where you could just sit for hours and drink in the surroundings.
On a personal note, when we arrived at the hotel, we were upgraded to the ‘Sultan Suite’ free of charge, this just put the icing on the cake to our stay. The room was huge with its own private garden area. The bathroom was beautiful and the attention to detail spot on. From the cards delivered nightly telling you the next days temperatures to the choice of perfumes to spritz the pillows with. A truly exceptional experience at les Jardins de la Medina. Thank you to ALL the staff for making our trip extra special and comfortable. We shall definitely be back one day!

We had a lovely holiday and the quality of the hotel played an important part in that. We hope to return one day.

When looking at the outside of the building don’t judge until you enter . Then you walk into a truly loverly environment. You enter into the reception. And walk into their garden and patios with tress and shrubs in abundance., surrounding their large swimming pool . Where you have meals .

Excellent It is a wonderful restful place in the madness of Marrakesh and coming back to the hotel after sightseeing allowed us to rest and enjoy our whole stay
